We wish Lawrence a great retirement, filled with relaxation, happiness and exciting new adventures.
Lawrence joined Tudor sales team in February 2005 as the representative for the South and South West of England.
Although he had sales experience, he was a complete newbe to the roof tile industry and its terminology.
During the first few months he quickly showed his tremendous ability to learn, and also his natural ability to be acepted and liked by customers and colleagues.
With his personal strong family values, he provided exceptional customer service including going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.
His quick wit and happy nature will be fondly remembered by home owners, merchants, contractors and architects he worked with.
His willingness to do more than just sell tiles soon led to him helping our production team understand the needs of his customers in order to tailor the product to their specific requirements.
Over the years, he became Tudor's Sales Director, but insisted in keeping a 'hands on' customer facing role as he wanted to keep understanding customer needs and the industry changes.
His ability and skills with graphic design were also put to use and he was resposible for designing all of the brochures and sales merchandise over these years.
Having helped to make Tudor what it is today means that his leaving will leave a very large space to fill.
The sales within The South and South West will be taken over by Chris Simmons who himself is also a long time team member and is looking forward to giving the same customer service.
